2013 Conference - The Art of Writing

The 8th Annual Northern Colorado Conference was a huge success. It featured actor, director and travel writer, Andrew McCarthy who gave a funny and inspiring keynote that earned him a standing ovation. We were also treated to a recitation by high school senior and Colorado's Poetry Outloud winner, Alice K.

The conference centered around the idea that all good writing emerges from those writers who have the heart of an artist. Over the course of the two-day event, writers were educated, inspired, entertained, motivated and encouraged to continue on their writing journey.

The NCW Creative Team outdid itself this year with its original movie, The Artist and the Writer.
